Two Easy Ways to Apply!

1. Print your debit card application*, sign and mail to your nearest MetaBank office.

2. Stop by the MetaBank office nearest you and complete your application. If you want the added security of a PhotoSecure™ Debit Card, we’ll take your picture right in the bank. You’ll receive your card within 10 business days of approval and your PIN will be sent to you in a separate mailing for added security.

*For your protection, we require an actual signature on all card applications. Applying for your debit card is easy.
